We clearly inform all clients that there is no unlimited free support included in website development packages.

Website development cost and technical support cost are completely different services. Even in today’s market, if someone purchases a VPS server for ₹8,000 per month, professional technical support can cost ₹30,000 or more. Support pricing has increased globally due to infrastructure complexity, security risks, and 24/7 monitoring requirements.
Free vs Paid Support Clarification

ONLY when:

  • Website is completely down

  • Critical emergency issue

  • Within allocated free support hours

❌ What We Do NOT Provide for Free

We do not provide:

  • Unlimited troubleshooting

  • Continuous technical assistance

  • Frequent edits

  • Server management

  • Repeated issue handling

  • After-hours technical support

  • Website Updates

Outside of the allocated free support hours, calls and messages requesting free support will not be attended.

Paid Support Clients

Clients who subscribe to our paid support packages receive:

  • Faster response time

  • Priority handling

  • Dedicated support

  • Structured SLA-based response

  • Technical monitoring

  • Issue resolution as per selected plan

Response speed depends on the selected support plan.

🕒 Free Allocated Support Hours
Every project includes limited free support hours (as mentioned in the proposal). Response time for those requests will follow standard priority. After the allocated free hours are exhausted, support will be chargeable.
